About the Role

Soliant Education is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team of professionals dedicated to improving student outcomes. This full-time contract position is available in a school setting, offering a competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' occupational therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support students' development.
  • Provide direct therapy services, including individual and group sessions, to students in a school setting.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
  • Track and document student progress, contributing to goal-setting and IEP meetings.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of employment.
  • NBCOT certification is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience working with school-aged children is a significant advantage.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
