Job DescriptionJob Title: MIG Welder

We are seeking skilled welders to join our team, responsible for performing repair welds on components that require attention after robotic welding processes. Candidates must be capable of meeting production targets while ensuring the delivery of high-quality parts. This role involves operating machinery with effective procedures to meet production benchmarks and utilizing essential measuring instruments to maintain required quality standards. It is crucial to keep accurate records and uphold a tidy workspace. Adherence to both verbal and written instructions related to the operation of dies and equipment is expected, along with the flexibility to undertake various assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fixture set-ups and operation
  • Buffing and spot welding
  • Utilizing specialized welding fixtures
  • MIG welding processes
  • Loading jigs and packing
  • Deburring, sorting, and reworking components

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Proficiency in welding techniques (including agricultural or industrial applications)
  • Repair welding expertise
  • Ability to set up jigs and fixtures
  • Competence in operating welding equipment
