Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Briarwood of Toledo apartment community. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical condition of our property is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the property remains in good condition.
  • Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and plumbing fixtures.
  • Install and repair flooring, walls, and ceilings.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Requirements
