Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of residential interior construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in residential construction, preferably with a focus on luxury interiors.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
  • Expertise in managing high-end residential interior projects, including bespoke millwork and premium materials.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification (or ability to obtain).

Salary and Benefits:
