Job Title: Zuora Billing - Solution Architect
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Zuora Billing initiatives for clients
- Convert business needs into Salesforce Billing solutions
- Offer technical guidance and support to development teams
- Remain informed about Zuora product functionalities
- Develop comprehensive architecture diagrams
- Guide and mentor team members
- Serve as the solution lead throughout project lifecycles
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in digital transformation and technology deployment
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and facilitate organizational change
- Experience with Zuora Billing and data management practices
- Strong client-facing communication abilities
- Prior experience in a Solution Architect role
