About the Position

As a Financial Services Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. You will be responsible for creating, entering, and sending receivable invoices and statements to customers, as well as managing customer accounts and handling collections.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and practices, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with SAP is a plus, as well as knowledge of creating invoices and using Excel.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts, including creating, entering, and sending receivable invoices and statements.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor and analyze aging reports to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collections efficiency and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO).
