Become a Part of Our Team as a Remote Medicare Sales Consultant
PeopleShare is looking for skilled professionals to join our organization as Remote Medicare Sales Consultants. If you are dedicated to supporting the senior population and possess at least 3 years of experience in selling Medicare Advantage and Dual Special Needs Plans, we would love to connect with you.
Position Highlights:
- Compensation: $20 per hour plus $50 commission for each policy sold
- Full-time, year-round role with flexible scheduling available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM EST
- Temporary to permanent employment opportunity
- All necessary tools and equipment will be supplied by the company
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound sales calls to effectively promote health insurance plans and products
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for health insurance enrollments
- Deliver exceptional customer service and guide clients in choosing the appropriate health insurance policy
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in licensed Medicare sales, with a strong understanding of the dual population of Medicare and Medicaid
- Proven experience in outbound sales calls
- Must hold releases from major carriers such as Aetna, UHC, Humana, Cigna, etc.
