Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to patients in the Labor and Delivery department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Labor and Delivery department
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices

Requirements:

  • Current Oregon license
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion
  • Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension
  • Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
