About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team at Coastal Counseling Center. As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional mental health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct psychotherapy services to clients, including individuals, families, and couples.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in regular peer review and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Clear and active license in the state of Virginia.
  • Two years of experience providing direct psychotherapy services to clients.
  • Experience with Families and Couples Therapy.
  • Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development.
