About the Role

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business solutions to address complex problems and drive business growth.
  • Partner with business owners to optimize the achievement of strategic business objectives and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the business consulting department, including administering processes and assignments for research, data collection, and report development.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure concise communication and effective delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain reports on current business trends and best practices to inform senior management and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate performance and provide regular feedback to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • A growth mindset with agility and a willingness to develop yourself and others.
  • Strong execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering, and supporting.
  • Business intelligence and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Medicaid value-based programs.
  • Background in operationalizing value-based programs and resources.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
Compensation

The typical pay range for this role is $79,174,200.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
