Customer Service Representative Opportunity at Panera Bread

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Panera Bread. As a key member of our café team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
  • Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
  • Assist with café operations, including food preparation, stocking, and cleaning
  • Work collaboratively with our café team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
  • Ability to work varied schedules, including nights and weekends
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical requirements include standing for prolonged periods, repeated walking, bending, stretching, and occasional lifting (up to 50lbs)
