We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Eisenhower Health. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing patient care to individuals with a wide range of diagnoses, including musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular/balance conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Perform initial evaluations and develop treatment plans based on patient needs and hospital licensing and accreditation standards.
- Provide effective therapy treatments, including modalities and patient education.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in a highly digital environment.
- Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants, support staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Assume the role of Clinical Instructor for therapy students from various university programs.
- Participate in departmental programs to enhance patient care and department functions, including a clinical ladder and continuing education allowance.
- CA Physical Therapist license or licensed applicant.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Successful completion of curriculum and internship.
- A four-day work week/10 hour shift option.
- Tuition assistance for advancing degrees in the rehabilitation field.
- Professional dues reimbursement.
- Support for new program/specialization certifications.
