About the Position:
This role requires selected candidates to participate in a comprehensive on-boarding and education program that includes rotations in Operations and Sales & Service. Upon completion, you will be certified to perform a role within the Retail Personal Banker job family.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services to recommend customized banking solutions to customers.
- Focus on cross-selling to existing customers and engaging in outside sales activities to promote deposits, loans, and fee-based services.

Requirements:
- College degree or relevant work experience.
- Experience in the financial industry is highly desired.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
