About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Relationship Banker to join our team at Rockland Trust. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing them with exceptional service and financial solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in consultative conversations with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maximize customer engagement and sales opportunities.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Provide expert advice on banking products and services, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell.
  • Utilize technology and digital channels to service customers and expand relationships.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 2-4 years of experience in a sales and service environment.
  • Notary Public and NMLS certification required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong sales orientation and ability to adapt to different situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
