Job Summary

Henco Plumbing Services is seeking a skilled Excavation Helper to join our team. As an Excavation Helper, you will be responsible for completing excavation work, operating equipment on residential job sites, and maintaining all excavation equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete excavation work
  • Operate equipment on residential job sites
  • Maintain all excavation equipment
  • Trenchless water, sewer, and gas experience a plus
  • Work in confined spaces and open trenches
  • Ensure compliance with local and national plumbing codes
  • Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
  • Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
  • Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance
Requirements
  • Residential Plumbing/excavator experience
  • Detail-oriented and skilled at multitasking
  • An outstanding work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
  • Professionalism, taking pride in work and appearance
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors
  • Willing to submit to and pass pre-employment background check and drug test (MJ OK)
