Job Summary

At CareOne, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the life safety of all residents, visitors, and employees within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with State and Federal codes through regular inspections and maintenance of facility systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair various systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Collaborate with Administrator and Regional Director of Plant Operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Ensure a welcoming and home-like appearance for residents and visitors.
  • Work with other Department Heads to improve facility operations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience
  • Minimum 2 years of construction or trade experience
  • Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience
  • Preferred experience in healthcare environment with knowledge of State and Federal guidelines
