About the Role:
We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist associate to join our team at Peninsula Psychological Center. As a licensed mental health therapist associate, you will work closely with our experienced clinicians to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
- Work collaboratively with our clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective treatment strategies
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment
Requirements:
- Fully licensed therapist in the state of Washington (LSWAIC, LMHCA, LMFTA) with supervision needed
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
- Solid computer and basic technology skills
- Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
- Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients
