We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class A Delivery Driver to join our team at Diablo Convoy. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Equipment Safely: You will be responsible for operating all equipment in a safe, responsible, and professional manner, including our fleet of new Peterbilt Day Cabs and 53' Trailers.
  • Logistics and Delivery: You will be responsible for picking up and delivering goods to and from our service centers, as well as making LTL stops per day.
  • Communication: You will need to have good communication skills to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Teamwork: You will need to be able to effectively communicate with the shift supervisor, co-workers, and other departments on work-related issues promptly.
  • Schedule: You will be working a Monday to Friday schedule, with start times between 6-8am.
Requirements:
  • Age and Experience: You must be at least 21 years of age and have at least 2 years of commercial driving experience.
  • License and Certification: You must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and have a valid Medical Card.
  • Driving Record: You must have an acceptable driving record in compliance with DOT requirements.
  • Physical Demands: You must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Background and Drug Test: You must pass a background and drug test (signed up for Clearinghouse).
