Objective:

The primary goal of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service during all transactions while executing a range of tasks vital to the smooth functioning of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Manage cash register operations; process payments via cash, checks, or credit cards; provide change as necessary.
  • Prepare and serve customer food orders promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the retail environment, including equipment and facilities.
  • Restock shelves, coolers, and storage areas as required.
  • Support the manager with inventory management: receiving shipments, pricing items, and completing all related documentation.
  • Verify identification for the legal sale of age-restricted products.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Follow all company policies as outlined in the Brew Oil handbook.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the manager.
  • Adhere to the scheduled work hours and maintain good attendance. Employees are expected to cover shifts when unable to work.
