Baseball Coach

We are seeking a passionate and energetic D-BAT Trainer who will be responsible for teaching baseball and softball skills, fostering a love for the game, and promoting sportsmanship in a technology-enhanced environment.

• Develop and implement effective training plans to meet the needs and long-term development of players.
• Provide high-quality instruction and guidance to clients, focusing on their individual goals and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with players, parents, and coaches, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with the D-BAT Training Manager to review and develop plans for guest and client recovery, as well as to identify trends contributing to turnover.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest coaching techniques and best practices.
• Uphold D-BAT's core values of excellence, integrity, innovation, and community, creating a culture that resonates throughout the facility.

• Collegiate or professional baseball or softball coaching experience.
• Prior experience providing private, one-on-one training sessions is preferred.
• Background playing baseball or softball in a college or professional setting is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and to lift and move equipment and supplies of 30+ pounds.
