Key Responsibilities:- Deliver safe and appropriate care to patients, adhering to nursing skills inventory and age-specific needs.
- Coordinate planning for the delivery of nursing care with interdisciplinary teams and make informed clinical decisions.
- Collaborate with, direct, and delegate to the healthcare team to achieve positive outcomes based on data, research, and professional standards.
- Develop and implement discharge and/or transfer plans, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Participate in ongoing evaluation of programs, process improvement, and desired client-centered outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing, with Bachelor's of Nursing preferred.
- Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing.
- Certified in Basic Life Support.
- Additional certifications may be required based on discipline and/or nursing unit requirements.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $90,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and supportive environment.
