About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Application Integration Developer to join our team in India. This is a year-long contract opportunity that offers a chance to work on a global manufacturing company's SAP integration projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project teams as a subject matter expert for Enterprise Application Integration
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior integration developers
  • Develop interfaces as part of project deliverables following DuPont's Enterprise Application Integration standards
  • Design and develop APIs as part of API strategy
  • Design and develop various integrations using standard and custom connectors within SAP PO and SAP Cloud Platform Integration iPaaS solution
  • Design and develop integrations with S/4 HANA, public, private, and hybrid High Scalers (Azure, AWS), and various cloud services IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
  • Knowledge of standard SAP BAPI and IDOC objects as part of overall interface design
  • Design and develop sA2A and B2B integrations
  • Perform technical unit testing to ensure interfaces operate within functional specifications
  • Provide prospective projects with rough estimates of effort and duration based on high-level requirements
  • Provide knowledge transfer to service delivery teams as part of transition to operational support
  • Collaborate with QA COE to define and document reusable QA-testing standards, methodology, and tools to support EAI solution delivery
  • Collaborate with Application and Business Process teams to integrate EAI Quality and Testing best practices in integrated solutions

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in SAP NetWeaver PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP integration platforms
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills
  • Experience with Agile concepts and methodologies
  • Ability to translate customer's functional requirements into a technical solution
  • Experience with Cloud iPaaS platforms, custom API development
  • Ability to pick up new technical skills quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in middleware and enterprise integration using various transformation mapping techniques such as Graphical, XSLT, Java, Groovy, etc.
  • Must have a working understanding of security and encryption standards such as OAUTH, SSH, TLS, SSL, PGP, etc.
  • Experience with major connectors/adapters HTTP/S, SFTP, AS2, JMS, SOAP, REST, JDBC, ODBC, XI3.0, FTP/S, IDoC, RFC
  • Experience in EDI interface development
  • Ability to design, develop, document, and transition enterprise solutions utilizing design patterns, reference architectures, and best practices
  • Independent judgment and problem-solving skills to solve highly-complex integrations in a hybrid environment of on-premises, private cloud, public cloud, and external partner systems
  • Must take initiative on projects as a subject matter expert with minimal guidance
