- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and prescribe treatments as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Basic Life Support certification within six months of employment.
- Completion of Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse courses for Iowa Mandatory Reporters within 90 days of employment and every three years thereafter.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the state of Iowa or Multi-state licensure required.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota required, obtainable within six months of job placement.
