Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 24/7 support and care to residents, promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and services.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as medication management, personal care, and household chores.
  • Encourage socialization and community integration through recreational activities and outings.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to work a non-traditional schedule, including overnight shifts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
