Salary and Benefits
This project management co-op/intern position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Co-op/Intern to join our team specializing in mechanical and electrical engineering projects. This role involves hands-on experience in project planning, execution, and coordination across various engineering disciplines, including:
  • Assisting project managers and engineering teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Creating and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
  • Coordinating resources, equipment, and information to support project activities.
  • Assisting in budget tracking, cost estimation, and resource allocation.
  • Preparing and presenting project status reports, progress updates, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
  • Supporting project documentation, including specifications, drawings, and technical reports.
  • Assisting in conducting technical reviews, inspections, and quality assurance activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong academic background with coursework in project management or related disciplines, as well as proficiency in project management tools and software. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required. Prior internship or co-op experience in project management or engineering is a plus.
