Responsibilities:
  • Scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrates competence in a fast-paced environment
  • Establishes effective working relationships with patients, physicians, employees, volunteers, and vendors
  • Supports facility safety, quality, customer service, and financial goals
  • Participates in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Completion of an appropriate surgical technician program or previous surgical technician experience of at least two years
  • Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center is strongly preferred
  • CST current certification and BLS required
