Job Summary:

Adventist Health is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue. Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing medical conditions and providing accurate imaging results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' anatomy
  • Perform a variety of imaging procedures, including general radiography and fluoroscopy
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients ranging in age from adolescence through geriatric
  • Produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and billing information, adhering to HIPAA and other patient confidentiality guidelines
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment and manage supply inventory
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred)
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT))
  • Radiologic Tech (RT) license in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Fluoroscopy license in the state of employment (preferred)
  • Venipuncture certification (preferred)
