HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a skilled and compassionate Per Diem Nurse to join our team in Panama City, Florida.

About the Job
  • Job Type: Per Diem
  • Shift: 12 hours, days, nights
  • Hours: Up to 36.00 hours per week
  • Duration: Ongoing

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RN to provide high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit. As a Per Diem Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work on a flexible schedule, choosing from a variety of shifts to suit your needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care in the Intensive Care Unit
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
Requirements
  • State License: Florida
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year acute care experience in a hospital setting
  • Certifications: Appropriate certifications for the specific position
