• Welcome Guests with a Smile: Provide a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring every guest feels at home.
• Manage the Waitlist: Ensure seamless communication with guests, keeping them informed of wait times and estimated seating.
• Communicate Effectively: Relay guest concerns to management promptly, maintaining a positive and respectful demeanor.
• Answer Calls Professionally: Respond to phone calls within three rings, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
• Support Team Members: Lend a hand when needed, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
