Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corrective Exercise Specialist to join our team of Flexologists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality stretching services to our clients, educating them on the benefits of stretching, and promoting our services to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Stretching Services
  • Provide one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients, focusing on major muscle groups, extremities, and small muscle groups.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of stretching and motivate them throughout their sessions.
  • Assess client mobility and provide personalized recommendations for improvement.
• Client Education and Retention
  • Discuss and recommend future visits and membership options with clients.
  • Update client notes consistently and suggest stretch homework to promote client engagement.
• Business Development
  • Assist in building StretchLab membership and retention of current members.
  • Book follow-up appointments and outreach to foster regular attendance.
• Studio Operations
  • Clean and maintain the studio environment and equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and deliver a high-end experience to every client.

Requirements

• Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a fitness/health environment, providing hands-on training with clients.
• Qualifications
  • Love of boutique fitness environment and passion for movement, stretching, and flexibility.
  • Strong professional work ethic and punctuality.
  • Strong communication skills that exude empathy and compassion.
• Preferred Backgrounds
  • Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer, or Sports Performance Coach.
  • Corrective Exercise Specialist, Kinesiology and Sports Medicine.
  • Physical Therapist (and Aides who are conducting hands-on therapy assists).
  • Chiropractors (and those in training).
  • Massage Therapist.
  • Former collegiate and professional athletes with a strong understanding of anatomy.
  • Pilates or Yoga Instructors.
  • Formally educated and trained Dancers.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $24-30/hour, plus tips and commissions.
