Job Summary

Hyperion Biotechnology is seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to support the US Army's Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Accession Information Environment Support Services (AIESS) program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build relational databases to meet the program's requirements.
  • Develop strategies for data acquisition, archive recovery, and database implementation.
  • Work in a Cloud environment, designing data structures, database architecture, metadata, and repository creation.
  • Translate business needs into long-term architecture solutions.
  • Define, design, and build dimensional databases.
  • Develop data warehousing blueprints, evaluating hardware and software platforms, and integrating systems.
  • Evaluate reusability of current data for additional analyses.
  • Review object and data models and the metadata repository to structure data for better management and quicker access.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience as a Data Architect.
  • Experience in Army Accession Information Environment desired.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must be able to pass a government background check.
