We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Archer Daniels Midland Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our maintenance program.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance mechanics and specialists to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Collaborate with production teams to prioritize repair work and ensure that maintenance procedures meet company standards.
- Coach and develop maintenance personnel to improve their skills and performance.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, with a strong background in mechanical or I&E maintenance.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with experience in managing teams and developing personnel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience in maintenance management software and computer systems.
