We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Building Assembly Technician I to join our team at Servtech Inc., a Roeslein Company. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling metal building structures on our welded skids using various tools and equipment according to job specifications.

• Assemble metal building structures on our welded skids using various tools and equipment according to job specifications
• Read, interpret and follow basic blue prints and other written instructions and/or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products
• Possess an immense amount of attention to detail
• The ability to follow training and company procedures
• Assemble prefabricated parts
• Install siding on our structures
• Organizing materials and equipment
• Prep weld fittings
• Participate in shop cleanup and keep your area clean during working hours
• Many other varied tasks

• $22 - $24 per hour

• High school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required
• 0-2 years of manufacturing or construction experience is preferred, but not required
• High mechanical aptitude required
• High level of energy and motivation
• Servtech will provide training and education to those strong applicants who may need it
• Ability to read blueprints, ISO's, and other technical documents is preferred but not required
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Must be able to perform job responsibilities at heights
• Must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management, in a team environment

• While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk and hear
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis is required
• Must be able to stand/walk 90% of the time and sit 10% of the time
• Requires the ability to work from heights while utilizing the appropriate PPE for each situation

• Flexibility to work varied hours is required
• Ability to work beyond regular business hours, weekends
• Required to travel and relocate for season
