We are seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Fellowship Trained (ACGME) Interventional Pain Management Physician to become part of a well-established and thriving single specialty group.
Position Overview:
This role is available due to significant expansion and growth within the practice, which has been serving the community for over 15 years. The group consists of 6 physicians and 2 mid-level providers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Work Schedule:
Office hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with NO CALL responsibilities, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.
Qualifications:
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Board Certified or Eligible
- Anesthesiology or PM&R residency training
- Completion of an ACGME accredited Interventional Pain Medicine Fellowship
Patient Care:
The practice serves a diverse patient population with a mix of commercial, Medicare, Tricare, and Workers' Compensation payors (no Medicaid). Patient volume varies between the surgery center and clinic settings.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary with a productivity bonus structure
- Year 1: Base salary
- Year 2: Greater of base or productivity
- Year 3 and beyond: Productivity-based compensation
- Comprehensive benefits package including paid malpractice, vacation (15 days in Year 1, 20 in Year 2, 25 in Year 3), holidays, and relocation assistance up to $10K.
After two years of service, there is an opportunity for the physician to invest in the group, providing a unique financial growth avenue.

The practice is situated in a historic and picturesque area, offering easy access to both mountainous regions and coastal destinations.
