Position Overview: As an Outpatient Physical Therapy Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional rehabilitation services to patients in a community-focused healthcare environment. Your expertise will be essential in assisting individuals to restore their physical capabilities, alleviate discomfort, and enhance their overall well-being. You will collaborate with a diverse healthcare team to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient's needs.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough evaluations of patients to develop personalized treatment strategies.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to treat various conditions and injuries.
  • Assess and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as required.
  • Work in conjunction with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.
  • Provide education to patients and their families regarding therapeutic practices and home care techniques.
Required Qualifications:
  • Active Physical Therapist license in California.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Experience in outpatient therapy is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
