The Front Office Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the Front Office, Bell Services, and Drivers, Concierge, Retail, and Beach staff. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive guest relations at all times
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
- Oversee the check-in/check-out process
- Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel standards, policies, and events
- Ensure that current information on rates, packages, and promotions is available at the Front Desk and that all staff is knowledgeable on such
- Work with Rooms Division Manager to review daily business levels, anticipate critical situations, and plan effective solutions
- Help prepare and adjust weekly work schedules
- Ensure that staff report to work as scheduled, coordinate breaks for staff, and assign work duties to staff

Requirements:
