POSITION: Logistics Coordinator

DEPARTMENT: Store/Warehouse

FLSA: Non-Exempt

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Logistics Coordinator will be tasked with ensuring timely delivery of products to clients while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. Collaboration within a team environment is essential, and adherence to all delivery regulations and company protocols is required.

SUPERVISION:

The Logistics Coordinator will report directly to the Store Manager or the Supervisor in the dispatch area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guarantee precise delivery of products using company vehicles;
  • Efficiently manage customer returns and process credits;
  • Communicate customer feedback to management;
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and ensure vehicle upkeep;
  • Follow company policies and safety regulations;
  • Support special projects as required.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred;
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening;
  • Obtain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
REQUIREMENTS OF WORK:
  • Professional attitude with strong problem-solving abilities;
