Pastry Professional

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Professional to join our team at Crave Cookies - Maumee. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry arts and excellent customer service skills.

This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, including mixing and rolling cookies, preparing dough, and ensuring high-quality products are consistently prepared and served according to our recipes and standards.

The successful candidate will work independently and as part of a team to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create amazing products that exceed customer expectations.

• Evaluate dough at the beginning of each shift to ensure adequate quantities are produced
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Prepare and decorate cookies to meet customer demands
• Work effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service
• Perform other duties as required to maintain the highest level of quality and productivity

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
