Key Responsibilities
- Oversee designated software applications to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets while providing regular updates to leadership.
- Develop user manuals and conduct training sessions for staff on new software applications.
- Assist in the creation of policies, procedures, and web content as necessary.
- Provide expert support to users facing technical challenges and act as a liaison with IT for technical issues.
- Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and prepare specifications for IT development.
- Troubleshoot system-related issues and coordinate with system administrators and vendors for resolution.
- Extract and analyze data from various sources using multiple query languages and tools.
- Create and maintain reports that provide insights into core business operations.
- Design dashboards and visual tools to facilitate informed decision-making among stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of business intelligence information to stakeholders by adhering to deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is necessary.

Skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with Information Management Systems.
  • Strong project management capabilities.

Working Environment
This role is primarily office-based. Candidates must be able to perform job functions with or without reasonable accommodations, including remaining stationary for extended periods and lifting items up to 25 pounds.
