Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at AIM Strategies LLC. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the bar area, and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

1. Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Manage the bar area, including stocking and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
3. Suggestively sell and describe menu items to guests, promoting our offerings and increasing sales.
4. Adhere to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages, ensuring a safe and responsible experience for our guests.
5. Manage to-go orders and guest pickups, ensuring seamless service and high levels of satisfaction.

We are a company that prides itself on developing Downtown Topeka and creating great experiences for the Topeka community to enjoy. We own and manage The Pennant, Iron Rail Brewing, and soon to be open; TaCo.

We work hard and play hard. Our restaurants have become staples in the community, and that leads to very busy shifts. However, we always take the time to show our appreciation for hard-working staff.
