We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Lifeguard at Kendal Crosslands Communities. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents and staff while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of our 500-acre community.

Responsibilities:
  • Enforce safety regulations in the pool area to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for all.
  • Guard swimmers and pool patrons during use of aquatic facilities, providing a secure and enjoyable experience for everyone.
  • Maintain a safe physical pool environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
