The LPN II will instruct patients and families according to the teaching plans and communicate with the healthcare team to facilitate the coordination of individualized patient care.

- Instruct patients and families according to the teaching plans.
- Communicate with the healthcare team to facilitate the coordination of individualized patient care.
- Currently licensed to practice as a licensed practical nurse by the state of employment or holds a multistate LPN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact or eligible for licensure in the state of employment.
- One (1) year of LPN experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required prior to completion of orientation.
