Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team at Emory Healthcare. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, respect, and teamwork among colleagues.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in the state of Georgia.
  • At least 12 months of recent nursing experience within the past five years or recent completion of a re-entry nursing program.
  • BLS certification required and ACLS may be required in designated departments.
