Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and valves
  • Diagnose and resolve pool leaks, including those caused by cracks, holes, and other damage
  • Operate heavy equipment, such as backhoes and excavators, to access and repair pool equipment
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in manual labor, construction, or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry heavy equipment and materials (up to 100 lbs.)
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent bending, stooping, and lifting
