- Diagnose and resolve pool leaks, including those caused by cracks, holes, and other damage
- Operate heavy equipment, such as backhoes and excavators, to access and repair pool equipment
- Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manual labor, construction, or a related field
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
