Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores
- Encourage and support individuals in their personal goals and aspirations
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality support and services
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
