Cardiac Sonographer II

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Sonographer II to join our team at Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital. As a key member of our cardiovascular imaging department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of echocardiograms, including transthoracic and transesophageal studies, as well as stress echocardiograms and other advanced procedures.

• Perform echocardiograms and other cardiovascular imaging procedures with precision and accuracy
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to provide excellent customer service
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cardiovascular imaging and technology

• Three years of experience as a Cardiac Sonographer, or equivalent experience in a related field
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDMS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
