About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Medical Director to join our team of Primary Care Internal Medicine physicians in Coastal Cape Cod, Massachusetts. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Primary Care Internal Medicine physicians and advanced clinical practitioners
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine
  • Experience as a Medical Director or equivalent leadership experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $250,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
