About the Role

GXO Logistics is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Solutions team as Vice President of Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and innovation in our logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of solutions analysts and engineers to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for customers across multiple industry verticals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement solution strategies that support the needs of our customers.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure cohesive project execution and optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop top solutions talent.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the logistics or supply chain industry, with a strong focus on solutions development and pricing.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams to develop innovative solutions and pricing strategies for warehousing and fulfillment services.
  • Deep understanding of logistics operations, warehouse management systems, and fulfillment processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and engage with clients at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving continuous improvement and excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA.
  • 15 years of experience in a leadership role within the logistics or supply chain industry, with a strong focus on solutions development and pricing.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • 3PL experience.
