- Facilitate daily safety meetings with the Sales Representative, client, and team members.
- Ensure effective communication regarding project status with the Sales Representative, crew, client, and management.
- Oversee team operations, equipment, materials, and timely project delivery.
- Conduct end-of-day and project walkthroughs, providing updates on progress.
- Uphold a professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Manage inventory by ordering, tracking, and monitoring supplies.
- Verify pricing accuracy and submit project details to the Supervisor.
- Evaluate and address employee performance and related issues.
- Perform additional assigned tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in the roofing industry.
- Familiarity with various roofing systems and repair methodologies.
- Compensation Range: $52,325 - $78,486.
