Frankston Packaging is seeking a skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join our production team.

About the Role

This role involves operating high-speed Flexographic presses to produce a variety of printed products. The successful candidate will have experience working with Mark Andy and Nilpeter Press machines, and will be able to meet customer requirements while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Flexographic presses to produce printed products at high speeds, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
  • Inspect and examine printed products for defects and conformance to specifications.
  • Select and install printing plates, dies, and cylinders according to specifications.
  • Maintain equipment using preventive maintenance techniques, including cleaning and lubricating presses and components.
  • Ensure safe and efficient operation of the production area.
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in printing, preferably with Mark Andy and Nilpeter Press machines.
  • High school diploma / GED / or equivalent.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a salary range of $50,000-$65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
